At RealHondaParts.com all shipping charges are determined by the carrier based on weight. In some cases, where the items are very large or very heavy, the shipping rates may require adjustments. We DO NOT ship any FLUIDS, BATTERIES, TOUCH UP PAINT or AIR BAGS.
We will ONLY ship to a valid Home or Business address and will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. In addition, the ship to address MUST match the billing address.
International Orders: We DO NOT ship internationally. All shipping must be within the UNITED STATES.
Availability: For older models, discontinued, older parts or accessories may not be available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm the current availability for such items. There will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on discontinued, older parts or accessories. These are considered "Final Sale".
Handling Charge: At checkout, there is a $4.95 Handling Charge on each order. This is for the cost incurred when packaging your order for shipment.

applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us.

Also, THE O.E.M. BUILD STICKER MUST BE ON CORE. NO STICKER, NO RETURN. If you have any questions on core

Any parts returned MUST be in the original packaging and your invoice MUST be included when returned.
If a VIN was not included with your order, then no returns or exchanges are excepted!
We cannot accept any returns for the following: airbags, electrical, fuel, high performance parts, racing parts,
previously installed, or special ordered parts, because we cannot restock them.

Restocking Fee
All returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion.

You can then ship the item back to us. Write this number clearly on the outside
of the package. Please include either the original packing slip or the order number with the return. For your protection,

verify its condition meets all requirements.

Shipping
How will my parts be shipped? For all orders, we genearlly ship via UPS. Larger orders (such as body panels, bumpers, large accessories, etc) may be shipped via a freight carrier at the buyers expense. For shipping charges on larger part orders please contact us ahead of your purchase. We try our best to provide you with the most value on your purchase but shipping carriers and shipping costs can vary at times.
Can Multiple Items be combined for Shipping? Absolutely! We do our best to pack all of your items into the fewest number of packages as possible. We deal with Honda Parts and packaging everyday and do understand how best to handle multiple items. However, in some cases, it just is not possible to package everything into one box in which case the buyer may incur additional shipping costs. (You can imagine trying to pack say a tire and a front seat together!)
Why can shipping charges be more than the parts cost? When shipping via UPS, the smallest shipment is calculated for 1 pound packages and results in a cost between 8 and 12 dollars. Therefore, when ordering small items such as nuts or bolts, it is generally a better value to find them at a local dealer or auto parts shop. However, we will help in any way we can !
Will you allow customer pickup? We do not have a customer pickup option.
When will I receive My Parts? Generally, IN-STOCK orders placed before 12:00 noon CST Monday-Friday are usually shipped that business day or the next business day. With over half a million parts, frequently a part not stocked must be ordered from American Honda, typically taking 2 business (6 days for older models) for us to receive it and is then sent to you. Unfortunately, Honda will not drop ship to our customers but only to Authorized Honda Dealers. We do strive to ship 90% of orders complete within 24-48 hours of placement. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you supplied during check-out with an Order Tracking Number and order details. You can use the Order Tracking Number on the Order Status page to check on your orders. If a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with our best estimate for arrival. Transit times depend on your location and can be from 2 to 7 days.
Can I receive orders using Priority Shipping? Priority Shipping, next day, 2 day or others, can be selected from the Shipping Options. However, since we cannot stock half a million Honda parts, your part may not be in-stock at our dealership. This will require additional time for us to receive the part first before sending the expedited shipping to you. Please feel free to contact us at 1-800-875-2405 to check on part availability for expedited shipping.
What if the package or parts are damaged in shipment? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 1-800-875-2405. We will then contact the carrier for inspection. You may be contacted by the carrier, as to expedite a Damage Claim with them. Please be assured we will make every effort to replace your damaged order as quickly as possible.
Payment
What are my payment options? All purchases through our web site must be made using a major credit card or optionally with your PayPal account. If you have or want to use PayPal, you can speed up check out, but this is optional and strictly up to you.
Do you charge sales tax? We only charge sales tax to customers located in the state of Texas. We do not collect taxes for any other states.

What is the Correct Honda Color-Code for my model? On the driver's door take a look on the inner door jam. There should be a sticker that specifies your model's color code and additional information. Please call us if there are any questions as to color requirements. Please be aware, any Special Orders which include color-coded items are NOT RETURNABLE.
Can I get an owners manual for my Honda? You can by contacting Helm, Inc. at 1-800-782-4356 or online at www.helminc.com. They publish all of Honda's user manuals and can ship any manual.
Are all parts original OEM Honda parts? Yes, we sell original and genuine Honda parts and you are assured complete compatibility with Honda USA specifications.
Is RealHondaParts.com an authorized Honda Parts Dealer? Yes, Real Honda Parts is fully authorized by Honda of America.
